Jackson is located in the northwest corner of Wyoming at an elevation of 6,209 feet. Its skiing and proximity to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks (not to mention its astonishing natural beauty) make it an ideal destination for travelers from around the globe. While many people think of Jackson as a ski destination, summer is when most people visit. The Rusty Parrot has set the lodging standard for the real Jackson Hole for 20 years. The lodge is just a short walk from the Town Square in downtown Jackson with its famous elk antler arches.
Skywest and United provide service to the Jackson Hole Airport year round with direct flights to Salt Lake City and Denver respectively. In addition, American, Delta, and Frontier offer seasonal direct flights from Salt Lake City, Denver, Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Dallas/Ft. Worth, and Minneapolis. Jackson is within driving distance of Salt Lake City, Denver, Rock Springs, Idaho Falls and Cody.
The Rusty Parrot is 15 minutes from the Jackson Hole Airport, 20 minutes from Jackson Hole Mountain Resort at Teton Village and 90 minutes from Grand Targhee ski area.
